Here is exactly how your whistle reaches you, and how long it takes. No surprises.
Where your order ships from
We do not run a warehouse. Every order ships directly from our supplier abroad, packed and sent with a tracking number.
Delivery time
Tracked delivery takes 7 to 13 days to the US, 4 to 8 days to the UK, 5 to 10 days to Ireland and New Zealand, 6 to 11 days to Australia and 11 to 16 days to Canada. These are estimates: carriers and customs can occasionally add a few days.
Ordering for Halloween
If you want your whistle before October 31, we recommend ordering by October 17 in the US and by October 14 in Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. This is advice based on usual delivery times, not a guarantee.
Shipping costs, duties and taxes
- Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by your local authorities and are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show the first scan.
Lost or late packages
If your parcel has not arrived after 20 days, or tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, email us with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.
